Why Gentiles Love Matzoh

I love matzoh (matzah, matza, matzo, whatever) season because I’m a carb addict. Nothing beats a giant square smothered in salted butter, a treat I learned from my mom. Matzoh is delicious with a little tuna salad, too, or cream cheese and jelly. Matzoh and hummus? Delicious. Matzoh and Nutella? Even better. I love deli liverwurst cut thin, placed on matzoh with a schmear of spicy brown mustard and a couple slices of deli American cheese. But I suppose if I had to eat this Super Cracker all the time I’d hate it. I’m glad I get to choose. Now somebody buy me a box!
